The Museum of Mechanical Theater
This curiosity (in the US it would be called a road side attraction) is found on the port side of Nice, tucked in among the numerous dusty shops of the Antique district. If you fancy a drink at the cafe, you can browse the main floor oddities free of charge. For 3 euros, you can venture to the basement. To operate the theaters, you then have to add an additional 1 euro token. If the mechanical box isn't broken, your token brings to life the dolls. It was a bit creepy to be honest.
Accompanied by mesmerizing music, the toys all played a part in hypnotizing the viewer.
I swear this drummer is from a nightmare.
Snow white was not mechanical and clearly upset about it.
